1.      Visit our website          

2.      click on Registration

3.      complete the registration form with your real contact details

5.      carefully read the charter of conditions and accept them

1.      click on googel or facebook sign up which is displayed at the bottom of the form and follow the procedures correctly

How to add/modify my information (address, profile picture, email)

1.      Go to MANAGE MY PROFILE which is displayed in the menu,

add/edit your information correctly

NB : to modify/change your email, a validation is required

How to add/modify my information (payment wallet, recharge account) ?

The wallet payemment it's an option that allows you to pay for your purchase quickly without having to reload each time or to use the manual mode for each sale

you are not obliged to use this option but it is recommended

1- Go to MY WALLET

2- Click on OFFLINE RECHARGE WALLET

3- A window that appears, choose between the two payment options available

4- Enter the fields correctly

1- Click on BARIDI MOB/WEB OPTION

2- Enter the amount desired to recharge

5- Input PROOF OF PAYMENT (you will find below how to download the document of proof after your payment on BARIDI M/W)

6- Validate your payment

**In case you do not want to use the account recharge, and you just want to pay for your purchase once is requested, enter the amount displayed in TOTAL, return to (C-L7), for see an example

CCP option CASE

1- Click on CCP POST method

2- Copy/save the CCP account number that is displayed

3- Enter the account number in the sending form corresponding to the postal service

4- Enter the amount desired to recharge

5- Input the TRANSACTION ID (you will find below how to find the transaction ID after your payment on CCP service)

6- Input PROOF OF PAYMENT (you will find below how to send us the proof after your payment on CCP service)

For the case CCP method as long as the procedure takes time and slow we advise you to take these measures

1- copy/save the CCP account number that is displayed

2- does nothing other than go to make your payment at your nearest postal service

3- after the completion of all procedures AT POSTAL SERVICE LEVELS, you can start taking the steps (L3-2)

How to register/upgrade for a package from a client ?

The customer package dedicated to customers who want to take advantage of publishing their product and selling them.on our platform in the form of an ad with a considerable limit :

For the first package is free on a possibility of publishing only 2 products.

For the second package is paying on a possibility of publishing only 5 products.

For the third package is paying on a possibility of publishing only 8 products.

NB : This package allows you to publish your product on the ads section ; not to sell them on the platform in a direct way or earn profits directly linked to this activity.

For a commercial activity with a clearly identified commercial commitment, please join us on BECOME A Seller

Register for package by following these steps:

1.      On your dashboard page you find a package upgrade click for them

2.      chose once of their package and click PURCHASE PACKAGE

CONGRALUTION you have your package now

(These for only if you had a certain amount in your account, if not you should to charge your account see below how to recharge in (C-L3)).

In case I forgot my password how can I recover it ?

1- click on FORGOT PASSWORD

2- enter your E-mail that corresponds to your first registration

3- A code would be sent to your email

4- Insert your email with the code sent, then your new password

And now you have successfully changed your password in just a few clicks !

How to sell your product on Moon Vallery ?

In the case of the customer, we favor alongside the possibility of purchase, an opportunity to sell you the best products, on the form of the advertisements published and approved.

Please follow these instructions to publish your first product:

1- On your menu that appears, click on CLASSIFIED PRODUCTS

2- Then click on ADD NEW PRODUCT

NB: Before adding a product, ensure that you are registered on one of the packages presented, return to (C-L4), for all instructions.

3- Please complete the form that appears with the information of the desired product published

NB : All product information must be explicit and adaptable with the real state of your product, please read this page ...to know more about it (highly recommended)

4- One last step, click on SAVE PRODUCT, and congratulations, your product created and published successfully

If you do not find a product that matches your choices MooN Valley offers you the chance to have an order placed on the Ali express desirable product, please follow these instructions :

1- Go to "ALI EXPRESS COMMAND"

2- Please enter the necessary information correctly

NB: Take seriously to rephrase the information correctly

3- Fill in the LINK OF PRODUCT box with an Ali express product link you wish to order

NB : You could put "One or two" links of two different products

NB : Please fill in the LINK OF PRODUCT box like these examples:

For your order from Ali Express source, follow these instructions :

1- On your menu that appears, click on PURCHASE HISTORY

2- Then wait for the status update on your order

NB : Take into consideration the meaning of each status of payement :

UN-PAID : Means that your payment is being processed by Moon Valley (if the statue has not been changed to PAID within 24 hours, i.e. your payment has been declined / not considired)

PAID : Your payment has been validated by Moon Valley

Delivery statuts :

PENDING : Moon Valley is in the process of validating your order (if the statue is not changed within 48 hours by another statue), you can contact us, or cancel your order. 

Confirmed: means that your order has been processed and verified, and is awaiting dispatch as soon as possible

IN THE WAY : Means your order is shipped to your address (so that you can track the actual delivery status of your ALI EXPREESE product with a "Tracking Code" Please follow these instructions, (C-L12), to get your code, 

NB: In this step, the status is only to inform you that the delivery status of your "ALI EXPRESS" product to the corresponding customs destination is in progress.

NB:The statue can be changed to another statue within 8-16 working days, after this date you can contact us; 

Delivered: Your order has reached its final destination

NB: In this step, the statue is only intended to inform you that the delivery status of your product from the customs destination to your address is in progress (estimated delivery time between 8 to 16 days, after this date, you can contact us ; for more information on this subject, 

NB: The statue not will be changed/updated, it is a final statue

NB: Total estimate date 35 DAYS, this estimation can be differences between a product and other(to know what an estimated date is and any information related to this subject

1- On Your Menu That Appears, Click on PURCHASE HISTORY

2- Then Wait for the Status Update on Your Order

NB: Take into consideration the meaning of each status of payement:

UN-PAID: means that your payment is being processed by SELLERS (if the statue has not been changed to PAID within 24 hours, i.e. your payment has been declined/not considered),

NB: The processes of payment passes from the intermediary of Moon Valley payment services.

PAID : Your payment has been validated by Moon Valley

Delivery statuts :

PENDING : SELLER is in the process of validating your order

Confirmed: Means that your order has been processed and verified, and is awaiting dispatch as soon as possible

IN THE WAY : The seller on his way to the delivery company designated to proceed with the procedure of sending your product

NB : In this step, the status is only to inform you that the delivery status of your "SELLER" product to the corresponding customer destination is in progress.

Delivered: Your order has reached its final destination

NB: In this step, the statue is only intended to inform you that the delivery status of your product from the delivery company to your address is in progress

NB: In this step,so that you can track the actual delivery status of your SELLER product with a "Tracking Code" Please follow these instructions,( C-L13)  to get your code,

NB: The statue not will be changed/updated, it is a final statue

NB : Total estimate date for all these processes depends on seller commitments,

You can find an estimated date to arrive of each product, undersigned by the seller themselves, (any non-compliance with the product arrival deadlines, allow to customer the right of request to a return and refund), to know what an estimated date is and any information related to this subject,

How to get your tracking code (ali express source product), ordered/purchased, on Moon Valley ?

It is highly recommended to use the tracking code to track your order on our platform, and to get it you will do the following:

1- Wait for your order statue to change to a statue named "IN THE WAY"

2- Then click on "Order Details" that appears at the top right of the "Purchase History" table.

3- In the "Order Summary" section, you will find your tracking code shown under the heading "Tracking Code"

NB : You can use this code in some tracking platforms, for example: "track ali expresse", "SHIP24"....

NB : Do not share this code with "anyone or in any way" to avoid any possible fraudulent activity
